*The Planning Staff will make the final determination regarding which Historic Preservation Commission meeting date a request is scheduled for based on the number of agenda items and on the completeness of applications. A Special Meeting may be scheduled, at the Planning Department’s discretion, for the 3rd Wednesday of the month. (The City Council Hearing date will change for requests heard at a Special Meeting.)
**This submission date falls on a Monday due to a conflict with the Christmas holiday.
Applications are due by 4:30 pm on the day indicated. Incomplete applications will not be processed or scheduled for public hearings. City acceptance of an application, fee and accompanying materials does not necessarily constitute completeness. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers, 606 Manitou Avenue, unless otherwise posted.
